The keys to Managing Change
Coming up with great ideas that will work is only 1/2 the battle. Leaders and Committees must communicate and understand CHANGE in a way that allows for the smoothest acceptance by the congregation. This four-page document shows you how!

US Congregations does some of the most widespread and in depth studies of congregations in the United States. Get your bearings by taking a quick look at their resources. I highly recommend the Myths and Facts resource as well as the Presbyterian Outlook article! Click on the banner above to access the US Congregations website. Each of the resources to the right are from that website.

A resource for SESSIONS
Here is your official resource from the General Assembly Mission council to help lead the session of your church through a prayerful process, saturated in scripture and reflection, to discern new initiatives for your congregation. It gives leaders all the materials for each session meeting for a year of preparation, and then materials to expand the conversation to even more people in the congregation the second year, so that the entire church can play a constructive part in this process.
